ListGrow.App provides a platform where users may voluntarily join campaigns or pools and exchange contact information with other members of the same pool. Contacts are provided by users themselves, and we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or legitimacy of any user-submitted information.

2. Eligibility

By using our Service, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you submit (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• You agree not to upload fraudulent, harmful, or malicious data
• You agree to use contacts obtained from pools responsibly, and not for illegal purposes, harassment, or spamming
• You must independently verify the identity and legitimacy of any person or business before engaging in transactions

4. No Guarantee of Safety

• We do not screen or vet contacts
• We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or safety of any person, product, or service you encounter through the Service
• You understand that engaging with any contact is at your own risk

5. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments made to join pools, subscriptions, credits, or any other features on ListGrow.App are final and non-refundable
• By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are purchasing access to a campaign, subscription, or service — not guaranteed results
• Contacts are user-submitted and may vary in quality, accuracy, or responsiveness
• Dissatisfaction with contacts or campaign outcomes does not entitle you to a refund

• If a technical error prevents delivery (e.g., failure to generate or send pool contacts), we will investigate and may provide service credit at our discretion, but not a cash refund
• Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of your account and possible legal action
• For subscriptions:

• You may cancel anytime
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of prior payments
• You will retain access until the end of the billing period

Summary: Payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

6. Verification Badges

• Verification badges (e.g., ✅) may be displayed to indicate that a user has verified their phone or email
• These badges do not constitute a guarantee of trustworthiness, business legitimacy, or safety
• You must still perform due diligence before engaging in any transaction

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Harass, scam, or mislead other users
• Upload malware, automated bots, or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Violate data protection, anti-spam, or telemarketing laws in any jurisdiction

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software on ListGrow.App are the property of ListGrow.App and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ListGrow.App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, reputation, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for any scams, fraudulent activities, or disputes arising from user interactions
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ListGrow.App, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the Service

• Your contact details may be shared with other participants in the same campaign pool, as this is the core function of our Service
• We use third-party providers (e.g., OTP verification, payment processors, email services, hosting) to operate securely
• We do not sell your personal data
• Users are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and anti-spam regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws) when using contacts obtained from the Service

12. Global Compliance

• Users in the EU, UK, and US must comply with applicable data protection and consumer laws
• ListGrow.App is not a "data broker" and does not sell personal data; users voluntarily submit information for inclusion in pools
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of contacts complies with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar regulations

13. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, or engaged in fraudulent activity. Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If you access the Service from outside this jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
